In plain language
- We modify the card you already own into a hand-finished metal card. Same chip, same bank, same account number.
- You reserve from ₹1,000; the balance is payable only at carboncraft.in/track or the Razorpay link in your order thread.
- Our three guarantees (Chip-Safe, Re-Transfer and Transit) are stated in full, including the honest worst case.
- You confirm any custom artwork is yours to use; we refuse bank/network logos and anything risky.
Who we are & official channels
CarbonCraft (203, Geeta Gokulam Apartment, Vrindavan Nagar, Near Jatra Hotel, Nashik, Maharashtra 422003) operates carboncraft.in. Our primary WhatsApp is +91 89990 10753. We never DM you first asking for money, and we never ask for your PIN, OTP or bank password. Report imposters to us.
What the product is
We do not issue you a new card or a new account. We take your existing debit or credit cardand rebuild it in metal, then move your original chip across (by you, with our kit, or by us in full-service). Your card number, bank and account stay exactly the same. Your card remains the property of your issuing bank; you’re responsible for complying with your bank’s cardholder terms.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. Classic self-transfer is ₹2,999 (₹1,000 reserve + ₹1,999 balance); full-service adds ₹500 for tracked courier both ways. TapNpay is full-service only, with a ₹2,000 reserve; its pricing and any COD charges are shown in full before you pay.
The balance is payable ONLY at carboncraft.in/trackor via the Razorpay Payment Link inside your order’s WhatsApp thread. Anything else (a personal UPI, a different number) is not us.
Guarantees
Chip-Safe Guarantee: if your self-transfer goes wrong, we provide a free video-call assist, a free replacement kit/shell, or a free full-service redo. The honest cap: if the chip itself is damaged beyond use (very rare, about 1 in 100 transfers), no one can repair the chip. You order a replacement card from your bank, send it to us, and we perform the full transfer into your metal card free.
Re-Transfer Promise: when your bank renews your card, we move the new chip into your existing metal card for ₹499.
Transit Promise(full-service): tracked door to door; a courier loss or damage means we reimburse your bank’s reissue fee and transfer the replacement free.
Compatibility
Use the chip-shape self-check before you pay. If your chip turns out incompatible after reserving, you receive a 100% automatic refund (see the refund policy). We publish an incompatible-chip list and offer a WhatsApp photo check first.
Your responsibilities (custom artwork & details)
For custom designs, you confirm the artwork is yours to use. We will flag or refuse anything risky, including bank and card-network logosand third-party intellectual property. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the engraving details and shipping address you provide. See the custom page.
Liability & governing law
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for bank-side decisions, reissue fees outside the guarantees above, or delays caused by couriers or your bank. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
