Safety & what we see
Is my card safe? Can you skim or clone it?
With self-transfer, your card never leaves your table, so there’s nothing to skim or clone. You can keep it locked in your bank app the whole time. We never ask for your PIN, OTP or bank login; anyone who does is impersonating us.
What exactly do you see of my card?
Only the details printed on your card, exactly as you provide them at the details step, used to engrave, stored encrypted, and purged after crafting. Card-layout photos are requested only in your WhatsApp thread, with a thumb-redaction instruction.
We never see your PIN, OTP or bank login. In India those printed details alone can’t move your money. Every online payment needs your OTP.
Does it work (tap, ATM, swipe)
Will tap-to-pay (NFC) still work?
Straight answer: on Classic Metal, tap-to-pay is the one thing that doesn’t carry over. Insert, ATM, swipe and online all still work. Want to keep tap? That’s exactly what TapNpay Metal (₹6,999) is for, after a chip-compatibility check.
And your Classic card still works with phone tap. Add it to GPay and tap with your phone.
Will it work in ATMs? Isn't metal too thick?
Yes. Banks already issue metal cards, and ATMs are built to accept them. Our card meets the card-thickness standard [OWNER-MEASURED: mm on calipers], shown next to a bank-issued metal card in the proof film.
Process & delivery
How does the whole thing work?
Pick a design and reserve from ₹1,000, no card details needed, about two minutes. We engrave and dispatch. With self-transfer (2–4 days) you move the chip yourself with our kit in ~10 minutes. With full-service (~7–10 days, +₹500) a tracked courier handles it and both cards return to you.
How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?
Self-transfer kit arrives in 2–4 days; full-service is ~7–10 days door-to-door. Free shipping across India, dispatched within a few days of reserving, or your deposit auto-refunds.
Guarantees & expiry
What if I damage the chip during transfer?
This is very rare, about 1 in 100 transfers. Before that point you also have a free video-call assist and a free replacement kit. If the chip itself is damaged beyond use, no one can fix physics: get a replacement card from your bank, send it to us, and we do the full transfer for you, free.
What happens when my card expires and the bank renews it?
When your bank renews your card, you keep your metal card. We move the new chip into it for ₹499 (the Re-Transfer Promise). No need to buy a whole new card.
Legality
Is this legal? Will my bank object?
Calmly: you’re not issuing a new card or opening an account. You’re rebuilding your own card in metal and moving your ownchip. Your card stays your issuing bank’s property under their cardholder terms, and it keeps the same number and account.

Payments, COD & refunds
Why a deposit to reserve? Is the deposit safe?
Your card is custom-made, so a deposit from ₹1,000 reserves your slot. It’s fully refundable any time before crafting starts. You pay via Razorpay, never a personal UPI, and we never DM you first.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, where your pincode is serviceable. COD adds 20% on the balance only (never the deposit): Classic self-transfer is ₹1,000 online now + ₹2,399 cash on delivery = ₹3,399 total. Pay the ₹1,999 balance online instead and skip the surcharge.
Because it’s made for you, a refused or undelivered COD order forfeits the ₹1,000 deposit.
