Privacy Policy

At reserve (checkout): your phone number only. This lets us create your order and send your Razorpay receipt and order link on WhatsApp.

At the details step (after payment): the name you want engraved, your shipping address and pincode, and optionally your email (for your Razorpay receipt).

At crafting time (in your WhatsApp thread):a photo of your card’s layout so we match the engraving by hand. It is always requested with the instruction to cover everything except the chip and the printed details we need. A human asks for this, in the channel where you can see who’s asking.

We neverask for your PIN, OTP, full card number entry on a call, or your bank login. No CarbonCraft form or agent will ever request these. In India, the printed details on a card can’t move your money on their own. Every online payment needs your OTP. Anyone asking for these is impersonating us. Report them to us.

Card-layout photos are used only to position your engraving. They’re stored encrypted and purged after crafting [OWNER-VERIFY: exact retention window and method]. We ask you to redact everything except what we need before you send.

If you order a custom design, you upload up to 5 reference files (a logo, artwork, a photo or a rough sketch). We use them only to prepare your preview and craft your card. They are deleted under the same purge policy once your order is done, or right away if you cancel before engraving.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card/UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay under their security standards. CarbonCraft does not see or store your full payment credentials. We collect the balance only at carboncraft.in/track or via the Razorpay link inside your order thread, never a personal UPI.

We use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising measurement (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Microsoft Clarity) to understand which pages help people and to measure ad performance. These may set cookies or process device identifiers per their own policies [OWNER-VERIFY: list active tools + consent approach].
