Overall a great buy. Honestly I'd give it four out of five only because it's a little on the expensive side, otherwise a clear five. The designer was patient and helpful, the turnaround was quick, and the quality is outstanding. One small thing: in a few card readers it feels like the card is scraping against metal, so I do worry it might scratch over time. Still, I'm pleased.

Love the look of my Mario Chillin' card. The edge did start chipping a little, but when I reached out the team was upfront about it and said they're still improving the top coat. Handled it well, so I'll still be buying more.

The picture came out great. Loving it so far, and the metal feels really strong. A tiny scratch is starting to show at the top (I think it's from the card reader gripping it now and then), but when the time comes I'll happily get another engraved.
