We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

• Before Production: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• During Production: 50% refund as custom engraving work may have begun.
• After Shipping: Order cannot be cancelled; please initiate a return instead.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
5. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Customized/engraved products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
• UPI/Net Banking: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
• Wallets: Refunds are instant once processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products returned after 30 days of delivery.
• Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Products without original packaging or accessories.
• Gift cards and promotional items.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
