Shipping Policy

Shipping is free across India for both methods. No hidden handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Self-transfer (2–4 days): we dispatch your kit (metal card, alignment jig, tools and guide) and you move the chip yourself in about 10 minutes. Your card never leaves your hands.

Full-service (~7–10 days, +₹500): you lock your card in your bank app, a tracked discreet courier collects it, we transfer the chip the day it arrives, and both cards come back to you.

Timelines are business days and exclude bank-reissue delays outside our control.

Full-service orders can add doorstep pickup for +₹400 at checkout. You pack your card and our pickup executive collects it from your address, so you don’t have to visit a courier. It is optional and never pre-selected.

We message you on WhatsApp to schedule the pickup, so keep your card packed and ready. If a scheduled pickup can’t be completed, we simply reschedule it with you on WhatsApp. Prefer to send it yourself? Skip pickup and we’ll share the courier address and simple steps after payment.

We dispatch within a few days of your reserve [OWNER-VERIFY: exact SLA in days]. If we miss that window and haven’t started your engraving, your deposit auto-refunds. No need to ask.

Full-service shipments are tracked door to door. If a courier loses or damages your card in transit, we reimburse your bank’s reissue fee and transfer the replacement card for free. Full terms in our refund policy.

Cash on delivery is available by pincode. We confirm serviceability at checkout. COD orders need your details completed before dispatch (see the refund policy for COD terms).
